Our Process, From Start to Finish
There are numerous steps in the web, software development and any other IT services process. From gathering initial information, to the creation of your web site, software, mobile application and finally to maintenance to keep you up to date and current.
1. Start with Information Gathering
The initial step in designing a successful web site is to gather information. Many things need to be taken into attention when we design the look and feel of your site, so we first ask a lot of questions to help us understand your business and your needs in a web site.
- Purpose and Goal:
What is the objective of the site? Do you want to give information, support a service, sell a product…?
What do you hope to produce by building this web site? Two of the more natural goals are either to make money or share information.
- Target Audience and Content:
Is there a particular group of people that will help you achieve your goals? It is useful to picture the "ideal" person you want to visit your web site. Speculates their age, sex or interests – this will help us select the best design style for your site.
What type of information will the target audience be seeking on your site? Are they looking for particular information, a specific product or service…?
2. Design & Development
Drawing from the information accepted to this point, we choose the look and feel of the site. Target audience is one of the key factors taken into attention here. We also integrate elements such as the company logo or colors to help enhance the identity of your company on the web site.
Once we've designed a dummy model, you are given access to the Client Studio, which is a riskless area of our web site. The Client Studio allows you to look your project completely from the design and development stages. Most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to share your likes and dislikes on the website design.
In this phase, communication is important to ensure that the final web site will match your needs and taste. We work together in this manner, exchanging ideas, until we reach at the final design for the site.
This is the stage at which the web site itself is created. We take all of the separate graphic elements from the prototype and use them to form the functional web site. We also use your content and distribute it throughout the site, in the appropriate areas.
This total time, you will continue to be able to look your site in the Client Studio, and suggest any other changes or alteration you would like to have done.
3. Testing and Delivery
At this stage, we attend to the final every details and test your web site. We check things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, we also test for last minute compatibility issues (viewing differences between different web browsers), assuring that the site is optimized to be viewed properly in the most recent browser versions.
Once we get your final approval, it is time to deliver the website. We upload the files to your server – in most cases, this also includes installing and configuring WordPress, along with a core set of important plugins to help enhance the site. Here we rapidly test again to make sure that all files have been uploaded correctly, and that the site continues to be fully functional. This is the official launch of your site, as it is now seen to the public.
The creation of your web site is not necessarily over, though. One method to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer latest content or products on a regular basis. If this helps you, we will be more than happy to continue working together with you to amend the information on your web site. We provide maintenance packages at reduced rates, based on how frequently you anticipate making changes or additions to your website.
